DO IT!
I was really reluctant to buy a couch online, but I can’t recommend Urban Chic highly enough. This was not a big box store or Wayfare experience. Any questions I had about the couch were addressed directly and immediately; I was even given the warehouse supervisor’s (?) cell number. Who does that?
My couch was delivered cross country to Pittsburgh only one week after I ordered it. Tracking each step of the way was easy.
The couch itself is lovely, the color is vibrant. Everyone who has seen it has raved about it. One (former) friend dropped a cigarette lighter on it, and the ash mark wiped up easily without a trace. The cushions are firm. It has added a great centerpiece to the room. I am so happy I discovered Urban Chic.
